How do I file a claim with Route?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged or stolen, Route's expert support team will help ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing. Click here to file a claim.

All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax.

Which products are excluded from discounts?

Discounts are valid for eligible Rowing Blazers, Arthur Ashe, Warm & Wonderful and Gyles & George merchandise; third party vendors (including HOOD, Murray’s Toggery, Nantucket v. Hamptons, Sonic Editions, Sperry), watches, books, prints, posters, vintage items, club and custom items and gift cards are all excluded. Items which profits go to a charity are excluded from any discounts.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. You may purchase gift cards here. Please note purchases outside of the United States cannot be made using a gift card at this time. Gift cards purchased at rowingblazers.com are non-refundable.
