Unity by Hard Rock

  • Sign up online at Unity.HardRock.com. It's fast, free and easy.

    If you are a current account holder,complete your online signup and get the most out of Unity.

    If you are not a Unity by Hard Rock member, sign up today online or stop by Player's Club at any of our 6 casinos with a valid photo ID (must be 21 or older).

  • Unity by Hard Rock members receive Free Play Rewards each time they play at their favorite slot machine. The more you play, the more you earn. You can check your Free Play Rewards balance online anytime.

  • Your Free Play Rewards will be automatically loaded to your account approximately 48 hours following your visit. A reminder email will also be sent to you. If you are not receiving emails, call Customer Care or log in to your Unity account online and add your email address to your profile.

  • Log in to your online Unity by Hard Rock account to check your Unity Points balance anytime.

  • Guests can obtain their Win/Loss Statements by one of the following ways:

    1. Visit Player’s Club with valid photo ID.
    2. Log in to your  account to request a copy of your Win/Loss Statement.
    3. Call Customer Care at 1 (954) 377-5234.

U-Wallet

  • U-Wallet is a contactless, cashless and secure alternative to using cash at a slot machine, helping you avoid lines at the ATM and Casino Cashier.

  • To register your U-Wallet, follow the steps below.

    1. Log in or activate your online account if you haven't already and register your U-Wallet.
    2. Add funds using a debit or credit card.
    3. Download your funds to your favorite slot machine.

  • Seminole Gaming Gift Cards can be redeemed at all Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Seminole Casino properties in the state of Florida. Gift cards can be redeemed at all food & beverage and hotel outlets that are owned by Seminole Gaming. Outlets which are leased to third-party venues are not included in the redemption plan. A full list of valid redemption outlets is shown below, and is also available on each property website in the section marked “Gift Cards."

  • Seminole Gaming Gift Cards are simple to use, it works just like a credit card. The card is swiped at the terminal used for debit and credit cards and it deducts the amount from the card.

  • Consistent with Florida state laws, Seminole Gaming Gift Cards do not expire. The only exception to this rule would be for any gift cards given out on a promotional basis, as opposed to sold for cash or other consideration. Promotional gift cards will expire according to guidelines which are specific to each promotional program.

  • Seminole Gaming Gift Cards are available in any denomination when purchased in participating outlets up to $500.

  • No. Seminole Gaming Gift Cards are only available for purchase with cash or credit/debit cards.
  • At this time, Seminole Gaming Gift Cards are only available for purchase in person at any of our six casino properties.
  • Consistent with many gift card programs, there is no tax on the purchase of a Seminole Gaming Gift Card. 

  • Yes. Since gratuities and taxes can be paid with cash, they can be paid with Seminole Gaming Gift Cards.

  • No. Seminole Gaming Gift Cards may not be used to redeem Slot Play.

  • No. Seminole Gaming Gift Cards may not be used to redeem Match Play.

  • Seminole Gaming Gift Cards are not reloadable at this time.

  • Once the value on the card has been spent, there is no need to keep the gift card. A card with a zero balance cannot be presented again for redemption.

  • We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is only accepted for an onsite purchase.

  • Yes. Return the merchandise along with the receipt to the store it where it was purchased. You cannot return for cash; your purchase will be credited to a Merchandise Credit.

  • Your Seminole Gaming Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise or services only and may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned.

  • Seminole Gaming Gift Cards are treated just like cash. Unfortunately, if the card is lost or stolen it cannot be replaced.

  • There are a few ways to do this. On the back of the card, there is a phone number to call to retrieve the balance through the automated system. As well, there are links on the gift card pages of each property website which direct to a simple tool to check the balance on a gift card. Alternatively, a cashier at participating outlets can provide a balance during a redemption transaction. Customer Care is not able to provide Seminole Gaming Gift Card balances over the phone.

  • No, Seminole Gaming Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at DAER.
  • No. Seminole Gaming Gift Cards are separate from the Hard Rock Cafe Gift Cards. Hard Rock Cafe Gift Cards are not redeemable in most outlets on our casino properties (with the exception of the Hard Rock Cafe and Rock Shops). Similarly, the Seminole Gaming Gift Card is not redeemable in Hard Rock Cafe locations outside of our casino properties.
