Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopPay. Restaurant Chick-fil-A gift cards will not be accepted for payment, but we’re working on it. On your payment statement, the merchant of record will read H+S – SHOP CFA.

No, at this time, we do not offer gift cards for Shop Chick-fil-A merchandise, and Chick-fil-A restaurant gift cards are not accepted for payment on this site. If you’re interested in Restaurant Gift Cards, please see the Restaurant Gift Cards link in the footer at the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be changed or canceled once it has been placed.

Instead, you will need to process a return within 30 days of delivery, following the return instructions via the Shop Chick-fil-A Returns Portal found in your confirmation email.

Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $50 before taxes are applied. For orders under $50 before tax, a flat shipping rate fee of $9.95 is applied at checkout. All shipments are UPS Ground. For more information about shipping, view our Shipping Policy.

We know you can't wait. Be on the lookout for your order 5-7 business days after you receive the advanced shipment notice email confirmation.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the 50 United States. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories. For more information about shipping, view our Shipping Policy.

It won’t be long now. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. When your order ships, you will receive another email with a link to your tracking number, so you can track the shipping of your order. Returns & Exchanges

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your purchase. Products are eligible for returns through our Shop Chick-fil-A Returns Center if they are unworn, undamaged, in "as new" condition, and you have initiated the return within 30 days after your order has been delivered. Due to this being a limited collection, we are unable to process exchanges. On your bag page, you will see a box titled "Add a note to your order." Feel free to leave a message there, which will be printed on your packing slip and sent with your order. If you need a gift receipt, your packing slip can serve as a gift receipt, as it does not include pricing. Please note: Due to this being a limited collection, we are unable to process exchanges.
