Placed an order on an in stock item on 15/08/24 expecting it to be delivered next day or day after. Nothing delivered, no updates other than order confirmation. I have tried ringing up, nobody answers and you can’t leave a message. I have tried a typed message through their get in touch page last week asking to cancel the order if there’s a problem getting it, this has been ignored, tried ringing today still not answering.Time to raise a complaint through my bank and get my money back that way, do not buy from this company

I have ordered many times from JS Ramsbottom. The website is regularly updated and has lots of standard, some bespoke and some rare/unusual shooting accessories. The pellets, optics and hardware are all of the best quality, genuine parts and cheaper alternatives. The best bit about the company is that the prices are significantly lower than anyone else. The goods are always delivered promptly and communication is excellent. I can thoroughly recommend JS Ramsbottom for all of your shooting needs. A reliable, low cost trustworthy company who, I hope remain trading for.many years to come.

Avoid this company at any cost. They say that refunds should be made within cooling period but they have made the process extremely complicated and their website is not functional making customer hostage. Its essentially a trap to avoid. We have not used their services but based on initial experience we are disappointed

Great experience. The manager Maz and his team from the southeast London site were very helpful. Game wise was great, very fun to play.
