I needed to make some urgent adjustments in the way the account will be dealt with after the 20th September 2024. Thus the urgency.
The advisor I spoke with, (Jordan) couldn’t have been more helpful. He listened to the complexity of the changes needed with patience and fully understood what needed to be done and when.

Cant speak highly enough about the quality of staff used by Everflow on the Customer Service side. I've had cause to contact them twice in the last six weeks and the responses and actions from them were exemplary. Clearly they are highly trained but the thing I admired most was their ability to relate to me at a personal level. A common sense approach very well appreciated

Every adviser I have spoken to was pleasant and really tried to help.
Mis-communication with third party contractors caused a problem but this was sorted after 2 weeks
Let's hope for a more pleasant interaction moving forward

Closed the account with Everflow because the business had moved out of the property.
Found a transaction in the accounting software which didn't make sence rang customer support and Megan was able to explain it very quicky.

Update to previous 1 star review: Later the same day I received a call from Caroline Watson , services manager. After seeing the email I'd received this morning she apolgised for what was clearly a mistake on the part of the debt management department, and stated that she would raise the issue to the CEO. I was highly satisfied with the way that Ms Watson dealt with the matter, I would give her 5 stars, but Everflow have been let down by their automated systems, hence 3 stars overall.

I received a bill on my business account on Friday and this morning I got a "NOTICE OF DEFAULT" email, stating "Urgent payment is required in full. This is your last opportunity to resolve your arrears before the balance increases with additional collection fees...You have failed to respond to our numerous contact attempts. As payment has not been received, your account is being prepared for escalation to a debt collection agency. If payment is not received this week we will levy additional charges.
Additionally, a collection agent may visit your premises, we may commence legal action, and /or possible disconnection."
As if this wasn't bad enough, the period I'm being billed for is 7/10/24 to 7/11/24.
Obviously I'm angry about this and the extra work that it has created for me, but I worry about the effect that this kind of bullying tactic would have on a more vulnerable customer.

When we had complications with our billing, I found the customer services to be extremely helpful.
Whilst we haven't yet manged to resolve the issue, the communication and customer services are far better than other utility companies.

Very helpful, courteous and friendly. Customer service how it used to be! Very informative and proactive. It was easy to get through on the phone -thank you. I do wish however you would give your best rates in the first place!

This is an adjusted review based on some very good phone customer service. Caroline the service manager was keen to resolve the issues and we appreciated the effort.
Would have been good if the issue had not been there in the first place. But we will take it.
