Paula jones who dealt with my complaint of the car I purchased has been amazing. She has helped me through the stressful time and fought my corner when it came to difficult situations. I am still waiting for the car to be collected and my deposit to be returned, so I haven’t finished the journey of rejecting the car yet but so far Paula has been great and deserves to be called out for it

Not good had car for seven days and taking it back for second time with same problem even though motornovo claim every vehicle go’s through an exstensive checking process as part of there deal.

I rang MotoNovo to make a lump sum payment. The call was answered promptly and I was offered two options: reducing the monthly payment or end term. The latter reduced my interest more than the amount of the lump sum payment so was a no brainer! It was all handled promptly and efficiently.

The complaint handler was excellent and made a difficult situation much easier. I felt I could rely on him to negotiate with the garage about returning the faulty car. Everything went through and all monies were returned.

Straight forward process. Spoke to a really helpful and informative man just before I collected my car and signed the paperwork, he ran through all my finance details to make sure all correct and I was totally happy with everything. Very impressed and so glad I chose them.

Unable to find any details of Terms & Conditions of my agreement and have had no response to an email sent two days ago. Hopeless.

My first impression of this company was good, until I changed my mind and returned the money and they still took a payment after I cancelled the direct debit supposedly on there end. I thought such rich company wouldn't need a handout and if you wanted a loan you could of asked. Been waiting 1 month for my refund if you are struggling to employ underwriters I can see why.
