Polite and efficient staff. Simple process and had rental car sorted in 5 minutes.
I was shown how to operate car which was very helpful as not had the same experience elsewhere.
The shuttle was quick and easy and had the most friendly and helpful driver who gave us lots of tips and things to do whilst visiting Cypress

It was wonderful, comfortable and easy. The only problem is what we had to wait to get the car for one hour and a half, but they compensate this timetable mistake offering us another car that was available and giving us a second driver for free. So at the end everythimg was sorted and we were really happy with this company.

Arrived with no hassle, all my information and the vehicle condition was ready to go, just needed to pay.

Would 100% use again as a booking agent, more so because they didn't require a huge deposit when you pay the extra insurance.

Probably a little to easy to return the car. Obviously no damage or anything untowards the car but they had so much faith they didn't even check it. Very straightforward return. The airport transfer was also simple as they were parked next door. No issues and very good value.

Great service, all information given at time of booking was correct when we collected the car. Service was quick and received our deposit back within 48 hours. Would recommend and most definitely use again.

Friendly and helpful staff, doing their best to cope in a rush. Could do with someone at the car to also inspect (mine has damage and needs a service) but that’s the business under staffing, not the fault of the staff that are there.

The counter service was very good but the car was dirty outside and the state of the vehicle was very poor with a whole range of scratches and dents. Two other family members used Gold Car and their cars were in the same condition.

The shuttle pick up was on time. Very efficient service. Jenny was great and very helpful for us, even changed the vehicle without hesitation on questioning a couple of issues. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again

Pickup was a little slow but friendly service and an upgrade to a better car. Excellent service at drop off - efficient, professional and understanding. We had to refill the engine oil which took a little time out of our holiday but they reimbursed us for the oil and refunded us more than the initial deposit as compensation with no arguments, which was extremely refreshing for a car rental experience. All round top stuff!

Second time using this service and a different rental company this time. Very efficient collection from Thrifty/Hertz and a very nice car. Paid the additional protection after not doing so last time and having a €500 excess due to some damage, so you live and learn.

The line was short at the desk and it only took 5 minutes to clarify everything and receive the paperwork. We headed straight to the car pick up and the clerk looked at the size of our family and assigned the car accordingly. The car was the perfect size for all 8 people in our party and all of our luggage. It took less than 20 minutes from the desk to leaving the airport.

Easy to book and quite good prices.
Only confusing thing was that I selected SUV VW-T and it had this listed as a 2 door car and asked me if I wanted to upgrade to 4 doors for £8 a day so I changed supplier.

Easy to cancel and rebook when I realised I needed a Credit card to collect car. I was able to filter for car hire companies that accepted Debit card.

Insurance fee must be paid at time of booking. It would be helpful if this was made clear before the checkout process was started.

Beware, and take your business elsewhere!

I had a terrible experience with this rental car company. When I picked up the car, it was soaking wet—clearly not cleaned properly.
On returning it, they hit me with a ridiculous EUR 150 charge for "EXTRAORDINARY CLEANLINESS" because of some minor dust. This feels like a total scam.
Logical that the car will collect dust if you give it to me wet!

I rented via this company, and I got the invoice from RentSmart24, so they are either the same company or working together

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!! Honestly there has been nothing but stress, which is is rich considering their name. Unless you want to pay double what is quoted and random issues like have an initial on you credit card instead of your full name. Honestly feel like we have been robbed of the fun start of our holiday. AVOID.

I’ve not used an intermediary company before for car rental, but I have to say it was painless.

Pick up and drop off were as you’d expect and all dealt with by Hertz (who handle Thrifty too). The Pisa airport staff were friendly and helpful.

I’d definitely use them again.

Drop off was much better than pick up although I was a little worried about scratches previously on the vehicle being attributed to me. However that was not the case and after a thorough check the car was signed off with no extra cost.
At pick up the local firm tried to upsell a massive amount of of extra cover but the stressfree support team assured me it wasn't necessary. Thankfully I never had to find out!
