Nicola Cunto was truly outstanding from the outset, enabling me to have samples delivered to help make my decision.

She was both patient and supportive, sending images of available tiles I’d requested and then sourcing the Porcelanosa ones at an amazing price. She kept me fully informed at every stage of the ordering and delivery process.

Initially I looked to source just tiles from Tabo, but seeing the showroom with quality high-end products made me steer away from on-line bathroom providers. Genna designed the bathroom layout and provided inspirational guidance choosing the tile combination and everything else needed to complete the look we wanted. Martyn being on-site from 7:30am to support logistics, collection and returns was just brilliant. Bathrooms are not easy to fit, positioning of waste pipes, taps etc.. several items needed to be returned and swapped out with alternative products which Tabo did without question, but more importantly replacement products delivered within 48hrs. The overall service from Tabo was exceptional, I will be using Tabo in Sept for the next bathroom project!

My query went to the warehouse who were helpful, they passed me to sales. I requested a delivered price on a large quantity of floor tiles that had to come from Italy. Within 30 minutes I had the price; I paid the invoice and had confirmation of expected delivery window within 2 hours. A great service and good customer experience.

Called as a private individual to order some tiles and was pleasantly surprised to hear that there was an upcoming sale, with ~20% reductions, a few days later. Goods ordered (5 boxes of fairly large Porelanosa tiles) were as described and delivered promptly - ordered on Monday morning and delivered early pm Thursday. However, delivery charges seemed fairly high at £49.17, but I've nothing to base it against and unsure if this charge is same for larger quantities than my small pallets worth.

We had excellent service from Tabo and in particular Martin. He was extremely helpful in helping us choose. The order came in quickly and was delivered as planned. We would highly recommend using Tabo, very efficient and professional.

Tiles were damaged in transit, but a good test of any company is not how they perform when everything is going right but when things go wrong. This company came up trumps and arranged a new delivery straight away, which arrived in perfect condition. Great customer service A1.

Ordered 4 sq m online - received next day. No warning whatever received. Boxes on pallette, wrapped in plastic. Opened plastic, carboard boxes inside were wringing wet - which meant impossible to lift without disintegrating.

After delivery charges, was only £20 cheaper than local supplier (despite much cheaper charge per square m). Would have placed order locally - but local shop did not return telephone call! Had the order been larger, delivery charge would have been less of a proportion of overall charge, making more competitive.

Extremely helpful fast and efficient service. Were able to help find additional tiles when our order from another supplier was incorrectly calculated and they were unable to supply more to complete our bathroom. Order arrived next day and on time exactly as advised. Would highly recommend.

amazing customer service. Rachel was brilliant and helped get us the most competitive price and also unrivalled service. We had a crack in one of our tiles and when i called up immediately, within minutes another tile had been reordered at no extra charge and with no quibbles at all.

Highly recommend and will definitely go back. In my experience this is all to often a lost art nowadays!
