I ordered an item 3 times by accident

I ordered an item 3 times by accident. Their replay to my cancellation was immediate and the refund took about an hour or less after we confirmed the error.
Shoes took about a week or 5 working days arrive and I also received an email from Zeroks with a tracking number, which made life easier. Happy with the product and will buy here again.
From my experience, I recomend Zeroks.

Ordered item from their website and…

Ordered item from their website and paid with credit card. Two weeks later got an email to say they were out of stock. Asked for a refund and was told my Paypal payment was still pending. Said I paid by credit card and next day they refunded in full. Complete waste of time.

I’m overwhelmed by the crisis…

I’m overwhelmed by the crisis management and customer services I received from Zeroks i wrongly purchased the same item 3 times, I called support And within a few days my query was actioned. And refund was actioned thank you once again for the good services you provide to customers.

Bluedio headphones

I ordered Bluedio headphones from this company and unfortunately they were out of stock as my order arrived.They got in contact to explain the situation and I was given a prompt refund -which I appreciated-they’ve also kept a note of my order and hopefully I’ll be able to repurchase the headphones when they are next back in stock. Thank You for the understanding guys ❤️

Great quality, packaging and all round experience. Wish they’d had the black jeans in stock but the brown ones are good aswell

Another email was sent on 20th Aug 2022 informing you that your order has been dispatched, showing the estimated delivery date.
