He has successfully managed 5 high-performing technical teams throughout his tenure, ensuring flawless execution from vision to reality. He is also a recognized expert in popular game development communities such as Unity Vietnam and 2D/3D Animation VFX. Beyond gaming, Hoang's interests in Science, Psychology, Photography, and Cinematography fuel his innovative ideas. Currently, he assumes leadership of the Game Engineer team, actively contributing to developing a core product that has been enjoyed by almost a hundred million players worldwide! 🎯 From Gear Games: Mr. Long Le - Senior Producer! With over a decade of experience in the gaming industry, Long has been a key person on the Gear Games engineering team. Before becoming a Senior Producer, Long spent 3 years as a QA Manager, managing numerous projects for clients worldwide. He has contributed to a variety of projects at Gear Games, including WWE Champions with Scopely as well as several word games based on popular IPs! As a certified Scrum Master, Long’s leadership and project management skills have significantly contributed to the growth of Gear Games.
