This book is amazing. Kirsty Gallagher has such a way of communicating that makes it really easy to understand all the messaging she is bringing to the world. It looks like it's going to be scarily spiritual, but actually it's such plain English and straightforward messages that it's very obvious what she's talking about. The core of this is the need to connect back with nature and her cycles. We can do this in whatever way is most meaningful for us. There's no pushing to do it one way or another - just suggestions on the key points then it's up to the reader to work out how they will interpret and implement them. I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone - regardless of whether they already in tune with the seasons or not.
