1. Beautiful looking toothbrush. Fits well in my hand
2. Easy to use initially. Didn't get to use it with the app as it wouldn't download plus I don't take my phone to the bathroom in the morning so it would of been useless to me.
POSITIVE
3. I really liked the fact it advises you about the amount of pressure your applying.
4. I love the carry/travel case. Nice looking and not too bulky
5. I like the timer on the base and handle
NEGATIVE
6. I can't change modes during a brush. I have to wait for it to reset and tell me I didn't brush for two minutes to change to the tongue setting or gum setting.
7. The modes don't seem to be distinctively different. They all run at the same speed. Maybe it's just me
8. Pet peeve but I have to physically wipe off the handle before putting it on the base otherwise it just makes a mess on it.
9. I wish the base stored charge. Where my main outlet is awkward for me to constantly have it connected so I end up using the base powered off.
