I know that some other reviewers have slated this but I bought one for my mum and dad at Xmas and they loved it! Granted it's probably not to the taste of 'whisky experts' but if, like my parents, you normally buy brands like bells, grants or supermarket brands this us a nice treat.
It has an extremely mellow taste - I've already had to buy them a second bottle!
