After years of following Tasha Bailey on Instagram, I was excited to read her debut book. Definitely wasn't disappointed! I loved the calming tone in each chapter even when discussing difficult topics, and the chapter summaries were brilliant. Can't wait to go through the book again and complete the exercises! Fingers crossed for book 2!
