I love this, it's an essential for cocktails. It's great with just soda and ice, but I like to add a little orange juice as well to it balance the bitterness with the sweet and give it a more interesting flavour. It's not really one for sipping neat. I will try with tonic soon, that will be bitter, but I've no doubt it will be good. Still yet to make a negroni. I can drink this all summer however. Excellent product and recommended. I will try all the other amari shortly.
