I had the previous version of this for so long I can't remember. Maybe 8 or ten years. When it broke I decided to try an Ordo sonic brush. I won't go into he details, but it was a mistake. Buy cheap, buy twice. It lasted less than a year, and I have come back to Philips. Charge lasts a long time, feels nice in the hand, powerful, pressure warning, and heat with sensors tell you when they need to be changed.
