My dog has white fur and lives to travel. This tool is a life saver. I generally do a quick vacuum then brush areas, especially corners where the mini beater doesn't do well. Then final vacuum.
Must have for truckers with dogs. It works on carpet in bunk as well as the "linoleum" in front cab, sheets, pillowcase and the walls in bunk.

Does it work on those hairs that get intertwined in fabric, you ask? No - not even a magician can do that!
