    First things first the stats are amazing. I'm preparing for a powerlifting competition and it's the most important tool I have for making weight in my weight class.HOWEVER! I have no clue what they were thinking when they chose this top surface. It is just a fingerprint (footprint? Toeprint? Gross...) magnet. It will always look gross. You'd have to windex it after every single use if you wanted it to not look like this.Only knocking it down one star since it's an aesthetic issue and functionally the scale is perfect. But it's embarrassing when guests see it and your grimey toe prints are still visible form the day before.

    The Renpho Black Elis 2X scale is a good looking scale that measures your weight and various other body mass measurements in a few seconds. The data will link to their app via bluetooth and I have their app connected to the Samsung Health app which then receives the data too.

    The scale is a little lighter weight than some others I've used and the glass top is slightly thinner. It turns on by pressing on the lower right corner with your foot briefly and will self calibrate. The switch within the bottom right foot seems a little flimsy but hopefully it holds up. As for accuracy, I don't have a known test weight in the range of desired measurement with which to test. I only know that I measure 0.5 lb heavier than on my other, soon to be retired, smart scale (the original Wyze model). Either one, or both, could be off, but the measurements are reliably repeatable which means more for day to day trends.

Can create multiple profiles on the app and it's very easy to sync with your phone app. It gives you your weight, lean body weight/muscle mass, BMI, body fat %, visceral fat, etc and is so insightful! As someone who is focused on gaining muscle/reducing body fat & and not as much on the weight, this is a great tool to help me see where I'm at and the progress I've made! Highly recommend. Great quality for the price.

    This product arrived with non working batteries and a loose battery compartment.

    When I was finally able to get batteries that worked installed, the scale measured about half my known weight. It would also not connect to Bluetooth by scan or manually.

    This is my second Renpho scale. The first worked beautifully for years. Understanding that even the best companies sometimes have an anomaly, I contacted Renpho customer service three different ways to try to get support.

    There was not a response by the company through the link provided by Amazon, email from the literature or customer service voicemail. Renpho completely ignored me.

    Amazon itself was VERY helpful after I contacted its customer service.

    I still have not heard from Renpho about this dud of a scale.

    Because of the awful customer service, be careful about purchasing anything from them.
