I bought 2 of theses 5 months ago. One seemed to have burned out today so I called customer service for help. The tech I spoke to was courteous and helpful. It turned out the unit had inadvertently been switched off; it works fine. Afterwards, the tech reminded me that the unit has a 10 year warranty.
