Worst customer service and quality control I've ever experienced.
I see quite a few of their customers have had the same experience, missing parts and no response. If I could give ZERO stars for a rating, I would. Aeropress, get your act together, and stop ripping people off.
No filter holder included, even though the box was sealed. My wife and I had been planning to use it on a trip.in 2 days. At this point, it's just a piece of junk.
Update: It's now been one week since providing my receipt for purchase and NOT EVEN A RESPONSE from the company.
