This is holding up my mountain bike at the moment. The idea of it is great, but I don't trust it to hold the weight of my bike. My bike is under the weight limit, but it just didn't look like it was going to stay up for long. I ended up attaching a strap around the bar and tethering it to the ceiling for added support. Made me feel much better.
