If you like fresh, quickly whipped cream but only need a small portion and don’t want to pull out the big electric whisk, this small electrical whisk is what you’re looking for! This device will whip up half an ounce of heavy cream into generous dollop of whipped cream in seconds - perfect for topping an espresso, coffee, London Fog tea, or even a single portion of dessert. If you want to mimic the “cold cream” atop iced coffees made by baristas, just whisk a shorter time until you get that thicker but still pourable consistency. Have tried the units with just one band, and they take much longer, which also means the batteries have to be replaced more frequently for maximum effectiveness. This unit has three bands, and that makes even easier and faster work of whipping. I do agree that it would be nice if there was a on/off button rather than having to the hold the button down the entire time you want the unit to work, but the effectiveness and efficiency of this device overcomes that drawback.
