I think they sent ne a bad Jackery because it won't fully charge in my car even after driving 3hrs straight!! What the heck man! I definitely have a warranty and im not buying a Jackery again.
Edit 2/15/24 it's the worst charging rate in a car or with 2 100w solor panels charge is extremely slow. Best if you use wall outlet!!
