UPDATED: customer service went above and beyond to fix this. They truly care about making their customers happy and feeling valued. In just over a week, they had sent me two replacement candles in my two favorite scents, one of them was actually larger and more expensive than the original candles I ordered. Such great service. If you're on the fence about trying one of their candles, I highly recommend making that purchase since this company will do whatever they can to make your experience a pleasant one.
Hurts not to give 5 stars but I bought two of the fruity berry ones and both smelled like burning hair or burning rubber. The smell was so bad I had to light my Moroccan Amber candle to flush it out. I looove this brand and have purchased way too many of their candles. Even after receiving these unusable candles, I ordered 6 more of other scents. I keep some on hand for gifts and they're always a huge hit. I love upcycling these jars. Just wish I could smell this one the way it's meant to smell because I was quite excited to try it.
