System is fine until an alert sounds and user not able to respond and dialer goes to responder listed on your paperwork.
That responder hears a phone call from different automatic areas like Florida or other areas making that call seem like a scammer call.
I fell this morning causing an injury and not able to get up. The system did call but when I didn’t answer it called my listed responder. She received a call showing Florida on responders I’d. Please try to change this notification to show Medical Alert so the call will be answered.
