My Luna started emitting a noticeable ticking sound which isn’t that loud but extremely annoying when it’s quiet. Found the fix:
• open FOREO app (your device should already been connected/registered at this point)
• find Luna in the list of your devices and click on Luna’s homepage (with settings and main controls)
• click on the very 1st option ‘Device Info’, you will see device SN, warranty and firmware version
• your device is most likely on the older version, so all you need to do is click on the firmware version and if it’s outdated it will link to your Luna and download the most recent firmware (for me it had a pop up window with the list of fixes which included silent firmware fix)
• and Voilà! Enjoy your newly upgraded silent Luna. Hope this helps 🥰

Lovely device but had a ticking issue (resolved below 👇🏻)
