I really wanted this candle to smell like a rich earthy patchouli. When I first smelled it, I was disappointed. I even thought yep, cinnamon rolls (as another reviewer mentioned). I’m not a fan of sweet or food smelling candles.
However. I decided since I spent a small fortune on this candle, and it has an excellent throw (as most Nest candles do) that I should go ahead and burn it. The scent becomes so much more complex once it’s lit. It has really grown on me and I love it. I understand the hype on this one. It’s addictive. It will be a candle that I buy again.
