The product came fully charged and ready to go. I plugged in my iPad Pro into it and continued using my iPad. Initially I didn’t think the product was working because I wasn’t seeing an increase in the charge percentage after 45 min. But here’s the thing - my battery didn’t go down in the 45 min of use. When I unplugged my iPad, my iPad battery decreased as it normally would during the use. Later I plugged in my iPad to the power bank and plugged my iPad charging cord into the power bank. Everything powered up quickly. I love the incorporated cords - I can charge my iPhone and my iPad and don’t have to bring any extra cords. Brilliant
