I bought the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Clear Case with MagSafe when I bought my phone. The case offered good protection and worked well but was very slippery on the edges where you hold the phone. After dropping the phone several times in the first few months (I've never had that problem) I knew I had to find a case with a better grip.
Enter the Smartish iPhone 13 Pro Slim Case - Gripmunk Compatible with MagSafe - Nothin' to Hide case. It may be slightly less robust than the Apple case but it still offers good projection and, most important, it does not slip out of your hand thanks to the GripMunk edges. The case fits the phone well and looks exactly like the Apple clear case except for the Gripmunk edges, which appear "frosted" and add a nice 'halo' frame around the phone. The best case to protect your phone from accidental drops is the one that prevents you from dropping your phone in the first place! The Smartish case accomplishes that and is also good looking. And it costs less than half the price of the slippery Apple case.
