I have this in our first floor which has the kitchen, living room, and a bedroom. It's about 12 ft from where our stove is and every time I cook, it detects the changes in the air right away and starts doing its job. I have it on automatic setting so i do not need to modify it based on how it reads the room air.

It's not heavy so it is easy to move around the house. It has a very clean look to it so it's not an eye sore.

I love that you can access it thru an app if you want to see the status while away from home. Definitely worth the buy.
