Customer Review

Zendure Consumer Response and Defect Acceptance Appalling. Facts: Two Zendure portable charger packs had been purchased. One battery pack was a gift. The one gifted had a USB A port failure. March 1 Zendure was notified by email of the product defect. No response. On March 11 a second email notification was sent to Zendure. No response. On April 8 a response was received requesting further information. Information sent. On April 10th a request from Zendure for a screen shot of purchase and contact number. Response: Defective product was a gift and photographic evidence was provided reflecting all three of their products. On April 11 an explanation as to requesting of someone who gifted their product, asking them to take time to search their purchase history several months back would be time consuming, inappropriate, unprofessional, and embarrassing. Note: In order to bring forth this company failed consumer warranty and response time a replacement product was purchased. As of this writing no further response has been received from Zendure. This investigator does not have a problem with a defect as long as the manufacturer admits it, corrects it and makes the consumer whole. Would this investigator recommend this product, only to the extent one is willing to accept poor warranty if there is a defect failure. This review was written by an independent investigator that conducts widespread investigations that deal with failed or breach of warranty by the manufacture in high levels.
