The case is fine (thus far). The company offers screen protectors for $1 and then an upgrade to tempered glass for a low price. Tempered glass is known to be a great screen protector. That all said, the tempered glass protectors (arriving about 10 days after the case) came with a screen cleaning kit--the alcohol wipes were dry (in sealed packs), the lint removal tool couldn't peel off it's backing thus that also didn't work. The kits arrive saying bubbles will disappear post installation in 24 hours. The product support web links go to the sales page-they do not go to any videos that show installation. I'll update about whether bubbles really disappear in 24 hours , they really do not go away with fingers pushing at them. Calling product support telephone in the package went to a strange voice mail. UPDATE- 4 days out, bubbles gone -maybe one tiny 1/4 rice grain something or other on a top edge---so hurrah---bubbles did disappear, just not in 24 hours. I did reach out to support who were sending me some materials to make good on the old stuff--I had to email them.
