These are what they say they are. The statement that they are twice as thick as other emergency blankets seems questionable. They seem to be the same thickness as any other mylar blanket I've handled. Also the pictures are a little misleading. They don't have sleeves. They are just ponchos with the bottoms of the sides closed off and arm holes at the top.
Otherwise they are good enough and I will put them in emergency kits.
