I haven't had to make a claim with this policy thats on my vacuum sealer for food yet though I had another policy on a solar panel ,I had to use it and they were wonderful, I had no problems with them refunding my payment back to Amazon so I could purchase another panel , so when I bought this Vacuum sealer it was a no brainer about getting the Asurion policy just in case something happens, better to be safe than sorry, I would recommend Asurion to anyone, it's well worth the price, delivered to your email address, and saves the worrying and hassle,
