I bought 2 of these units. They worked great for a while and I was very satisfied with the port charging power and number of plug-ins available. However, the USB-C ports just stopped working on one of the units. The USB-A ports still work, so I know it is receiving power. With that said, Anker's customer service was incredible and replaced it very quickly!
