I used this bag (Orange, which is more like coral or reddish) on an 11-day vacation to Italy.
I wore this every day in warm sunny weather. I had a 10 inch tablet, 7" umbrella, 20,000mah battery pack, cash, snacks, tissues, hand sanitizer and a water bottle. I typically wore it across my back, but when we were in crowded areas I switched it to my chest for additional security.
It works well in both positions and I did not get sweat-soaked spots where it was either, so it breathes pretty well. I wasn't a big fan of the pocket on the strap though. Depending on your height and/or how you adjust the strap it may be right at your neck/chin when wearing. I would prefer it be removable or more of a flat stretchy pocket instead. Idid like the loop at the top. Many other don't have on but it came in handy for hanging it while on the tour bus, etc.
I did get caught in the rain the one day I didn't pack the umbrella. The bag and I got pretty soaked but the bag contents fared much better. It was very slightly damp inside where it got the most wet but held up well. Spraying the bag with some water repellant would be a good idea.
In short, the bag works well and holds a fair amount. It would be suitable for a day of hiking or for keeping the basics with you anywhere you may go. I recommend it.
