The bag is amazing, it's a fun backpack but looks professional enough to wear in a more professional setting. The organization is perfect for my use but to those who may feel that they need more I would suggest the Bellroy Duo Totepack since they are very similar. I use it mostly by the tote handles which are very comfortable but when I need to wear it as a backpack it's comfortable enough but it could use more padding on the back. Other than the padding on the back the bag is amazing, it looks fashionable enough to wear it casually and professionally, and the quality is top notch as expected of any bellroy product.
