We recently visited US National Parks for our family vacation and we were able to each have one of these lightweight backpacks to carry during our short hikes, in and out of visitor's centers, etc. Everyone loved that they could choose their own color -- I chose orange & yellow for the kids so they would easily stand out and could be spotted quickly if they got ahead of our group. These were extremely handy! Water resistant for the brief showers we got caught in a couple of times. We had our cameras, hats, hand sanitizers, binoculars, mini first aid kits, etc. in these and even a lightweight jacket and pair of shorts in case the weather changed quickly from cool to hot. I liked the front zip pocket and then the divider in the main area inside the backpack for putting the parks passport book in one area and the rest of the stuff in the other. These backpacks were comfortable for all the ages - youngest 8 and oldest 45. I am glad we invested in these handy, backpacks.
