I started using one in 2012 when I was pregnant with my first daughter & haven't slept without one since. After over a decade of use it had become a bit flat so I replaced it. This one I actually bought for my husband b/c he was so jealous of mine 😂 I had originally bought him a cheaper version & it did not hold up.
Great neck, back, & hip support!
