Once the batteries were depleted I put new ones in and it didn’t work. Thought it could be the batteries so used the plug and it worked once. Can’t get it to work at all now. Trying to see how to contact the manufacturer and will update when I see how the take care of their product. Loved it while it worked. Expensive for something that didn’t last. I too wish they had longer needles.

I returned my product, just the tool without the accessories as instructed. As soon as they received my return they sent out a brand new one with the new microneedle head. I lost time and had to pay for return shipping but the new microneedle head made up for the shipping cost.
