I purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she was so excited! She was using it 3-5x per week and there were no issues until it suddenly stopped working. One day it just stopped turning on. When she presses the power button the lights flash and it vibrates twice then nothing happens. We’ve tried resetting it, leaving it on the charger, leaving it off the charger, and everything else we could find on their support page.

The worst part is, when we contacted the seller to try to get a replacement they just told us that it’s Amazons problem now because they fulfilled the order, and since it’s past the return window there’s nothing that can be done. No offer to help troubleshoot the issue or anything else. We are obviously very disappointed and could have been long-term customers, but now we will be recommending friends stay away from this product.
