I had a power station (~$2500) fail. Asurion paid to have the 70lbs package sent to them and took about a week to decide they could not repair it. A check was in my hands a few days later. 5-stars service.

The only reason I rated 4-stars overall is that the reimbursement is for the line item price - it's not truly replacement cost since it does not include sales tax.

100% would use again
