Bought my unit on Jun 22, 2023, and have used it only minimally, never more than one port in use. I use it to charge a Mac Book Pro, and an iPad Pro, so strictly the USB-C ports have been used. I doubt I have 50 hours use time on the unit other than it being plugged into the wall.
Tonight the USB was stubborn to remove so I had a reason to firmly hold the top of the unit, and it was hot enough to feel like it would burn. So now it's unplugged. Any chance at a return appears to have been long past. I may reach out to the manufacturer directly to see what they say.
