i wore these when i saw tomorrow x together in concert, and they definitely enhanced the experience. these drowned out the sounds of the crowd so i could actually hear the music & singing better! the only tinnitus i experienced was when they performed the song 🤪 they're very comfortable and subtle. the only downside is it does make you more aware of your own singing/talking/breathing, but you'll get that with any ear protection. while i highly recommend these i do think they're a little overpriced (there are probably some good dupes out there), but if you go to lots of concerts they're a good investment.
