Politician shakes head as FM defends sacking her

Footage from inside the Senedd shows ex-Labour minister Hannah Blythyn repeatedly shaking her head as First Minister Vaughan Gething defended his decision to sack her.

The first minister was speaking after the Member of the Senedd for Delyn broke her silence and criticised him publicly on Tuesday for dismissing her in a row over the leaking of a text message to the media.

He said he had put the "interests of the country" ahead of himself.
