It's a wellness trend that's been gaining traction across the US and Europe over the past few years.

Grahame Barritt's sanctuary in Ceredigion is home to 12 huggable cows, all with their own personalities and quirks.

Former monk Grahame said offering the service and getting to meet so many others that love cows had been a "dream come true".
