Such a wonderful property and location. Full of wild life. The price is much more reasonable than the other ones close by. We’d come back here anytime and would stay for longer than just the one day that we booked. Staff were all amazing, helpful and friendly. Elephants wander around which was a pleasant surprise. Kids loved it.

The rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and a wardrobe. Very new building, everything was nice and new and clean, the bathroom was amazing. It's in a nice garden where you get to see monkeys just from your balcony, but also 5 min walking to the beach. Walking around the area is really pleasant. The host is very nice and helpful, he gave us a free upgrade cause the place was empty and we were able to see turtle nesting thanks to him. 100% recommended

Staff is really attentive and helpful. This makes for a really stress free vacation as we did not have to worry about a thing. Food was delicious and always prepared fresh. Beach was as epic as it gets, long and wide sandy strip. Pool was well taken care of and loungers were plenty to be found in shade and in sun. Rooms, although simple, were comfortable and cleaned daily. Location is good, quiet and relaxing.

We swam in a kayak belonging to the facility and had the opportunity to observe many species of birds, including eagles. Moreover, while sitting for breakfast, you can admire several species of colorful birds flying between the trees. Fantastic! Extremely spacious and clean room. Food also very good. Extremely nice and helpful gentleman. He arranged for us to pick up a tuk tuk at the hotel. We recommend this place!

Exceptional place to stay! Immaculate rooms, incredible food and nature all around. Priyanthi and her small team of ladies looked after us so well during our stay that we were genuinely sad to leave. Their cooking was the best we have ever experienced and we loved the breakfast especially! We stayed in a large, brand new room that was HUGE and would be perfect for families, it was spotless like the other rooms and had a lovely view of the garden. Their kindness was so beautiful and Priyanthi helped us to organise a trip to see the turtles lay eggs and a lagoon kayak experience- both were really great and I would recommend to other travellers. Priyanthi’s place was like being on safari where every day we saw monkeys, water buffalo, amazing birds and wildlife just from the balcony! The walk to the beach is so beautiful where you can immerse yourself in nature. It is a very special place here, Priyanthi and her team work so hard to keep it this way and genuinely care about you and the environment. Thank you for everything, we can’t wait to return!

Great and new hotel with big and comfortable room (very clean and well equiped). Small hotel which creates a familiary atmosphere and is nice to relax . Great clean pool, very good drink and food menu - best quality food so far in sri lanka. Nice private beach with no other tourist (the whole coast empty nice sand beach). Nice and clean sea.

Very large, well-kept rooms. The hotel looks like it has just been opened. The new, ambitious manager wants to make this place one of the best in the area - I keep my fingers crossed. Very tasty and interestingly served meals in the newly opened restaurant. Clean, large pool and a large number of sunbeds. Nice and helpful staff. A big plus for the laundry service - clothes came back clean, dry and fragrant. During this trip we stayed in many hotels and homestays but I especially recommend this one.
