We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

The 3-bedroom holiday home is equipped with a living room with a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a hair dryer. The holiday home offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. We really enjoyed our stay here and so did our 2 little doggies. The house was very clean & cozy. TV's in the living room and bedrooms and the Wifi was super fast! We ordered out for dinner each evening but for those of you who choose to cook, the kitchen had everything you would need. Full size stove with lots of pots & pans, dishes, silverware and even some cooking spices. Also coffeemaker, toaster, microwave & even paper towels. There is also a full size washer & dryer and even had the laundry detergent there. There is a nice private fenced in backyard which our two little doggies really enjoyed and we spent a lot of time out there with them. The house sits on the corner but noise nor traffic was an issue. The neighborhood seemed safe and the neighbors next door were very nice and would say hello when they saw you which was very nice. You enter the house using a door code which was easy and the host was super nice and was always quick at answering any text.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The location to the beach was great, the pool was spacious and well maintained all week while we were there, all the beds were comfy, the kitchen is large and spacious and well equipped and you absolutely cannot beat the sunrise over the canal on your private dock early in the morning while drinking coffee. We even had a morning of manatee visitors. The owner/property manager was very responsive prior to our trip with all of our questions so we were ensured what we were renting. We will definitely book again, and highly recommend.
