This week’s TV: It’s a non-Peak TV week, so here’s what you should watch instead

There are no new shows to highlight this week – which is a line I never thought I’d ever have to write. But I've got recommendations for you to fill the void. (Plus a few thoughts about how "The Bear" breaks the rules.)
