Canada: Effective on September 1, 2013 Canadian shipping will increase to $18. Due to increased shipping costs, the price for all expedited shipments to Canada will increase to $18 per package.
Mexico: The Mexico registered shipping option is no longer available. Decals and Transponders sent to Mexico will be sent U.S. standard mail.
Expedited shipping does not mean expedited processing. Expedited processing is not available as all orders are processed first come first served. Processing time is 4 to 6 weeks during renewal season.
